自宅で忘年会。献立は、ローストビーフ、生春巻き、柚子大根、ダイコンと三つ葉の柚子胡椒ゴマだれ和え、海鮮ちらし、茶碗蒸し . . 炊飯器で作るローストビーフ、失敗がないし、前日に仕込めるのが良い◎❗️

実家から柚子をもらったので、ダイニングテーブルに飾りました。 . たっぷりの柚子果汁を活かしたダイコンの和風ピクルスも仕込み、口にも目にも柚子満喫中です！ .
